Dust Collection…accomplishments Built overhead mezzanine with dust collection system to evacuate, and filter contaminated air given off from arc welding.
Design Interlocked Track Door…accomplishments provide improved accessibility to service robot, and fixture large parts on second robotic welding station while still providing hard guarding.
Design Interlocked axcess doors…accomplishments large swinging doors provide easy accessibility to move in wire drums to feed the robotic welder.
Welder Power Sources…accomplishments build stands which anchor welding equipment in place, and provide a secure place for the water-cooling systems. Improved airflow for welding circuits, and gets vital computer boards off of the floorspace.
Designed Welding Arc Shield…accomplishments build arc shields to prevent arc flash for employees, and vistors while robotic welders are in operation.
Keyed Switches…multi station robots that have been activated each station button can be pushed and the program can be called up…this was a hazard…we simply wired in a switch to disable the button when only one station is in use.
OSHA Fines disaster everted…fines can be up to 50K per robotic welder for subjecting employees to a hazardous welding robot.
Clean welding cell…ease of use, and improved safety.
Keep in mind our welding robots predated most safety concerns…we re-invested our profits, and retrofitted our machines to be fully osha compliant.
