Solution…FWI designs an automated welding system to join the impossible welding joint together. With the use of a leadscrew, motor controller, power source, torch set in optimum welding position, completely liquid cooled welding fixture, FWI was able to provide its customer a solution to their most challenging manufacturing product design.
Product usage…the screen was going to be used to filter river water for the use of beer production. The end user would ultimately be a beer brewer in China. The product that was provided by FWI exceeded the customers’ expectations, but failed to take off because the river water being filterer was far too dirty, and caused the product to fail.
